- Meditation Tracker
Developed by: webplus-studio

Features:

MediTracker helps you keep track of the progress of your practices. It comes with a predefined default practices group (can be switched off in settings). You can create your own practices and create practice schedules based on the date you aim to complete practice or the number of daily repetitions. It also contains a session timer - simply set the timer to the desired duration and you'll be notified when that time has passed. You can be notified by sound or vibration. Each session data (time, repetitions) is stored in database.

Documentation:

Main Page

This is the main screen you'll be presented with when the application starts. It lists all practices in 2 groups – "Ngondro" and user-defined (or customizable) "My Meditations". The first group can be removed with the settings button. Each row displays the practice name. If the schedule is set, it will display the number of scheduled and completed repetitions. Touch the row to display practice details or the ">" to go to the session screen. The add-button allows users to create their own meditations.

Add Practice

With the "Add" button you can create your own practices. Enter a name and, if needed, "Required repetitions" and "Completed repetitions". "Tap "Save" so information doesn't get lost and hit "Meditations" to go back to previous screen. If you have filled in required repetitions you'll be able to create a schedule on the practice details screen. The practice details screen e.g. "Refuge Here" shows a summary of the chosen meditation.

Preferences

Here you control application settings such as switching off Show Ngondro to remove the first group from the main screen. Mala size controls how many repetitions will be added to "completed repetitions" on the practice session screen when tapping “Add Mala” button. Session Length sets the session timer, if you want to be notified when the session is up. Make sure Timer notification is set to ON position. You can select the timer and the sound of the notification (8 to chose from, plus vibration).

Schedule

Enter number of repetitions you would like to complete every day to see in the calendar below when you'll finish the required repetitions. You can also set a date on the calendar to see how many repetitions you'll need to do every day to complete it. Press "Done" to save schedule and go back to Practice Details screen.
